World Nomads Travel Insurance

The company's Standard Plan is an affordable plan that offers up to $2,500 in trip protection coverage. If you need more, consider the Explorer Plan for a higher premium — it covers up to $10,000 in trip protection. While both plans provide up to $100,000 in emergency medical coverage, the Explorer Plan offers more robust limits, including a $500,000 limit for emergency evacuation.

Allianz Travel Insurance

The company offers a selection of 10 insurance plans to suit different traveler needs. Each plan comes with its own coverage limits and inclusions. The OneTrip Prime plan is a popular single-trip option, with trip cancellation coverage of up to $100,000, emergency medical coverage of up to $50,000, up to $1,000 in baggage loss, theft or damage, and up to $800 for travel delays, among other benefits.

Travelex Insurance Services

Travelex offers 2 main travel insurance plans: (1) Travel Basic, and (2) Travel Select. The more affordable plan is the company's Travel Basic plan, which covers 100% of the insured trip cost for cancellations and interruptions, plus up to $500 for trip delays. For a more comprehensive plan, consider the Travel Select plan for higher limits to emergency medical evacuation, repatriation coverage, emergency medical and dental coverage, and lost, damaged or stolen baggage and personal effects.

Just Travel Girl, in partnership with Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson, the retreat host, and the tour operator, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip until May 10, 2024. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including those related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, rest assured that you will be promptly notified by this date, and a full refund will be issued.

Please keep in mind that in such circumstances, Just Travel Girl, is not responsible for any ancillary costs you may have incurred in preparation for the trip, such as airline tickets, additional accommodations, or related expenses. To safeguard your investment, we highly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance and opting for refundable flights and accommodations, as these precautions can offer added peace of mind should unforeseen situations arise.

Upon placing your deposit or paying for your trip in full, your spot is secured exclusively for you. If you later decide to cancel your trip, we regret to inform you that a refund of your deposit or full payment made will not be possible. All sales are final.

You agree that neither Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson, Just Travel Girl LLC, Mama Said Productions LLC nor its hotel partners or vendors liable or responsible for a cancelled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, or failure of transportation, communication, or power supply.

Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson, in her sole discretion reserves the right to cancel a retreat for attendees’ safety, act of God, government policies or any unforeseeable reason.

Upon the occurrence of such cancellation, Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson. will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year. Due to the current climate, we strongly encourage attendees to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” or “Cancel for Work” insurance.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged monthly until the end of your term, unless you choose to pay in advance. If you cancel your payment plan or registration, there are no refunds.

Yes, login to the payment account on WeTravel.com you set up when you paid your deposit for the upcoming Just Travel Girl retreat. Choose "Profile" from the main menu and "Payment Settings" on the left-hand side or you can simply pay the next installment with the new payment method.

Yes, after making your deposit and your first monthly payment has been deducted you will have access to make early payments. Login to the payment account on WeTravel.com you set up when you paid your deposit for the upcoming Just Travel Girl retreat. Click on "My Trips". Then click on "Manage Booking.” A pop-up appears where you can pay your next or all of the remaining installments.

To view your next payment date, login to the payment account on WeTravel.com you set up when you paid your deposit for the upcoming Just Travel Girl retreat, click “My Trips” to see when the next / final payment is due.

If your payment happens to be declined, we recommend addressing this promptly. You will be notified of a failed payment via email, which will include a link to facilitate your payment. In case you did not receive the email, you can log in to your Just Travel Girl WeTravel.com account here where you can choose to make your payment by clicking on "Make Payment." This page also allows you to update your payment method if needed. Please note our system will also make an automatic retry to process your card on file after the initial failed payment.

All deposit payments will be deducted from your full trip total. Payments will be due every biweekly monthly after you pay the initial deposit. Payment schedules change each retreat. The payment schedule is listed at the time the deposit payment is made. To check your specific payment schedule after deposit is made, login to your Just Travel Girl WeTravel.com account.

You will be assigned to stay in a room with the person of your choice. Send an email to contact@staciijaejohnson.com to let us know who you would like to share rooms with during the retreat.

If you do not know another person traveling on the retreat, we will assign you to someone. For the last 4 years, most of the women traveling on the retreats are traveling alone. Dr. Stacii’s retreats offer an opportunity to meet new amazing likeminded women while traveling and building memories
