While not mandatory, these private events and perks, created by Dr. Stacii “The Bride” are separate from the standard cruise activities included in a Virgin Voyage guests cruise package.
The VIP experiences must be paid in full 30 days from the Just Travel Girl website before departure and cannot be purchased on-board cruise.

Payment plans are available for these VIP elevated experiences.

The Aesthetic: Cocktail attire is required. In honor of the horizon we are building, guests are invited to dress in the Bride’s signature wedding palette: Shades of Blue.

The exchange of vows on the pristine sands of Aruba. Under the warmth of the Caribbean sun and against the backdrop of the turquoise sea, be a witness to when, Dr. Stacii and Jayson officially become one. Witness the moment they transition to "locked in for life."

The Aesthetic: Elegant wedding attire is required. In honor of the horizon we are building, guests are invited to dress elegant beach wedding attire in the Bride’s signature wedding palette: Shades of Blue.

From the white sands of Aruba to the exclusive decks of our luxury vessel, join the Cliftons as they celebrate being Locked In for Life. This isn’t your average wedding party; it’s a high-altitude cultural collision where the hospitality of the American South meets the electric pulse of Trinidad.

The Evening's Flow

The Upscale Supper: We begin with a elevated dining experience designed for the grown and sophisticated. Savor a menu where Memphis soul meets Island spice—a final moment of calm before the storm.

The Grand Throw Down: Once the plates are cleared, the "Elevated Cruise" transforms. If you know the Bride, you know the dance floor is her kingdom. We’re turning up the heat with deep bass, Soca rhythms, and Southern anthems. This is the ultimate seaborne takeover—no curfew, no limits, just pure celebration.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

TERMS & POLICIES

Please read your package details carefully

  1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.
  2. All payments to Global Travelers LLC are non-refundable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.
  3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!
  4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments).
  5. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  6. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee.
  7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account and a $50 fee will apply.
  8. To attend any events, all reservations must be made with Global Travelers LLC. Packages are not sold a la carte.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
  1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
  2. All roommates must pay the deposit for reserving the room.
  3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel. You will receive payment email reminders to the lead email address used to register.
  4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@globaltravelersllc.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
  5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not à la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities.
  6. Deposits and payments with Virgin Voyages are subject to their terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY

 If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Global Travelers LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future.  See Travel Protection Insurance below.

Cancelation with Virgin Voyages is subject to their cancelation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of making the deposit, you can usually request a refund. After 7 days, a future travel credit is typically issued. However, please check with Virgin before canceling as their policies are updated regularly and are subject to change.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit.  You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance. STANDARD CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.
